WahooTrace.com is a complete hosted solution, taking care of your cargo tracing needs, invoicing and operational accounting, electronic document repository and business developmnet tools. It is hosted on a fast and reliable SuperNetworkTM Backbone. Our data centre provides cast-iron reliability, 100% network uptime SLA, 1-hour hardware replacement SLA, increased security and daily backups. This renders your business data safe and readily available at no additional IT cost to your company.
Built around a complete cargo tracking system, WahooTrace.com also integrates an operational accounting solution. Further integration with external accounting software can be achieved through customized downloads in the Excel format or scheduled delivery via email. The accounting interface can be even further automated for standard accounting systems such as Accpac or Exact Globe, but the development of the external accounting interface is outside the scope of this proposal.
WahooTrace.com was designed as an Internet-based, door-to-door tracking application, but also as a powerful business tool, using historical data to analyze business or sales performance at several levels, or for other in-depth analysis.
Our online document repository allows you to achieve a paper-less office, while a user friendly Reporting Tool provides a level of customization not found in other freight forwarding systems. These reports can be downloaded, or scheduled for delivery via email to you or your clients. As new features are added, they will be made available to you at no additional cost.
